1:1 Counseling
All individual counseling sessions are virtual at this time.
Clarity Call: 30 Minutes (optional)
Complimentary conversation before booking your first visit with me to make sure you feel comfortable with the practice.
Initial Appointment: 90 Minutes
Nutrition counseling with Nurtured & Well begins with an initial appointment where I will begin to get to know you, your needs, your goals, your challenges and your history. This is where we will lay the foundation for the rest of our work together.
Follow-Up Appointments: 60 Minutes
Follow-up appointments are the “heart” of our work together. Meeting either weekly or biweekly, we will check in on goals, challenges, and overall progress.


Insurance & Fees
Clarity Call: FREE
Initial Visit (90 Minutes): $250
Follow Up Visit (60 Minutes): $200
Insurance: I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, and Harvard Pilgrim.
If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide you with a Superbill (receipt for services) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
