Postpartum Nutrition

If you’re like any of the moms I know, taking care of yourself or prioritizing your own nutrition might feel like the last of your worries with a new baby. But working with a postpartum dietitian can make all the difference in helping you feel confident and comfortable in your new role as a mom. And it DOESN’T have to involve dieting.
